Prior to the evaluation the family, case manager, or client should make a diligent effort to provide all available medical records that may document the history and current neurological and medical status. Additional information about clinical neuropsychology can be viewed in the brochure developed by the American Psychological Association. (Clinical Neuropsychology). Clinical psychological evaluations are provided for clients ages 4 and up in the areas of learning disability, intellectual disability, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, autism spectrum disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, and PTSD due to violence or physical trauma. |
